Trinitronics == A video gaming company, released the Supraconsole, a fully immersive, realistic feeling VR machine, and a hit MMO 'Eternity'

Jake Arvil == The protagonist. He's a college kid in an art program, specialist in drawing but not bad at painting. He picked up his Supraconsole and made his Eternity account. He, however, went on a wrong portion of the 'game' and learned more than he anticipated...
Turns out, this isn't a game world. This is a world that is somehow being accessed through the supraconsole, and apparently players are being used to take this world over!

Of course, formerly Jake, Trucida is now severed from her former homeworld, leaving naught but some clothes in her supraconsole. Trinitronics apparently keeps it relatively quiet, as most people don't seem to learn about it... She has some allies, and begins to fight to try and go back home.

Until, of course, she begins to learn, and experience this new life, gain a new family and friends. She has become a tribal shaman in training and is quite a warrior, nearly immortal now. She's fighting to stop an evil, rather than go 'home', a world that seems so distant now...

Going through a dreamworld, the jungles, long dead worlds, and fighting faux-gods as well as player characters and monsters, she has become quite strong, becoming one of the few bastions of resistance against Anathema, the evil responsible for linking Earth with Eternity, apparently in an attempt to destroy both for an agenda as yet unknown.
